GW1N devices are non-volatile FPGA devices which are focusing on low cost, small form package applications:

      Based on TSMC 55nm embedded flash process

      Various package options best for low cost, small form packages applications such as WLCSP25、WLCSP72、QFN32、LQFP100、LQFP144、MBGA160、PBGA204、PBGA256 adn UBGA332.

      Support instant on; support one power supply or low power through UV/LV option

      Innovative user flash memory solution, up to 1.8M bits, 10 year data retention and 10000 endurance cycles
